Meet the Managers

Polly is the voice of the customer and leads our dynamic marketing team to ensure our brand, proposition and messaging channels engage with the whole mortgage community. She joined in 2022 having previously worked at a number of mortgage lenders as well as in the legal and energy sectors. She is super excited to launch Mortgage Brain’s new tech solutions coming soon.

Pollyanna Puddephat

Head of Marketing

Jason defines the vision and architecture of Mortgage Brain’s products with a focus on understanding user needs mixed with his own 20 years’ experience as a mortgage adviser. Jason’s dedication to delivering best-in-class mortgage solutions has seen him launch successful products to market, including Criteria Brain and Affordability Brain, as they are known today. Mortgage Brain’s acquisition of these solutions as part of their suite of products for sourcing professionals saw Jason join the business in 2019.

Anders leads the Quality Assurance team, taking ownership in providing the best process that ensures our broker and lender software products are tested for their quality. Having worked across major global companies leading large, disparate, and culturally diverse teams, Anders is passionate about building a high-performing teams. As Head of Quality Assurance, she gets to do just this, while creating value for Mortgage Brain’s clients and partners – a win-win!

Anders Molguram

Hayden leads our Customer Success Team and is passionate about how our tech can benefit our customers. With a background in financial services spanning over ten years, Hayden understands the importance of time-saving tech solutions. In his three years at Mortgage Brain, he has played a major part in future-proofing customer journeys using customer insight. Mortgage Brain’s customer satisfaction and continued success are core principles that drive Hayden and his team.

Sharon champions our products, recognising the benefit of providing solutions that streamline the mortgage process, and working closely with our corporate customers. Her passion for the mortgage industry can be traced back to her 23 years at Santander for Intermediaries. She also worked at Countrywide as Head of Insurance Services before joining us. She truly puts the customer at the heart of Mortgage Brain, helping to refine and develop solutions to support the work of advisers.

Sharon Marshall

Sales Director Intermediaries

David ensures Mortgage Brain delivers on its ambitious product goals. He is a passionate product leader, with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He started his career in lending, working as an Underwriter for both Mortgage Express and later Shawbrook Bank, before making the move into Product. In his time at Experian, he helped craft the overall UK mortgage strategy, before making the move to Mortgage Brain.

David Alexander

Head of Product

Lorraine leads an experienced Data Research team with an absolute focus on ensuring Mortgage Brain delivers lender product updates in a timely and accurate manner. She started on the YTS Scheme and has now been with the company for over 30 years. During this time, she has seen many changes and enhancements that have contributed to Mortgage Brain consistently being the market leader.

Lorraine Campbell-Waggott

Head of Lender Product and Policy

Kirsty heads our project management office. She works very closely with all departments to make sure our projects get delivered efficiently and meet the expectations of customers. Kirsty started her career at Nationwide Building Society, holding several roles before becoming a mortgage adviser with Countrywide. She then moved into the field of project management and business analysis. Kirsty has seen this sector from all angles, which provides her with valuable insight to help Mortgage Brain achieve all its ambitions.

Clare heads up our HR function overseeing the full employee lifecycle, providing support, advice and fostering communication between management and colleagues, thereby enhancing employee satisfaction. With over 20 years’ experience as an HR generalist working in various media and tech businesses in the UK and internationally Clare understands the importance of an inclusive workplace culture, ensuring colleague wellbeing and having company values that we live and breathe at our core.

Clare Hasler

Senior HR Manager

Richard heads the Lender Relationship team, which supports lenders in the delivery of products for the intermediary market through Mortgage Brain’s range of technology and data-based comparison solutions. Richard has worked within the Financial Services industry for over 25 years. 19 were spent with a major UK intermediary lender, giving him valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities within the industry.
