How to use the Introducer Portal

An easy step-by-step guide for introducers to use the portal effectively.

Seamless Referrals, Smarter Collaboration

 

The Introducer Portal is designed to help mortgage advisers build stronger relationships with their introducers—whether estate agents, solicitors, accountants, or other professional partners. This easy-to-use online portal offers a secure, central place for introducers to refer clients, track progress, and stay updated on each case, all without needing to chase updates by phone or email.

 

Setting Up Your Account

You will receive an invitation email with a link to set up your password.
Click the link provided in the email.
Create a password meeting the following criteria:

  • Minimum 12 characters

  • Combination of upper and lowercase letters

  • At least one number

  • At least one symbol

Confirm your password and complete registration.

 

Logging In

 

Navigate to the Introducer Portal login page.
Enter your registered email and password.
Click ‘Sign In’.
Verify your email by entering the code sent to your registered email address.

Using the Introducer Portal Dashboard

After logging in, the dashboard provides an overview:
Quick access to create new referrals.
Summary of your referrals with status updates (Unqualified, Case Created, Future Need, Not Proceeding).

Creating a Referral

From the dashboard, click ‘New Referral’.
Enter required client details: Title, First Name, Last Name, Contact number and email address
Indicate advice type required (Mortgage, Household Insurance, Protection Insurance).
Provide additional information if prompted (e.g., property details for mortgages).
Click ‘Submit Referral’.

Managing Referrals

Tracking Referral Status

 

Referrals display clear status updates such as:

Unqualified: Referral awaiting assessment.

Future Need: Referral identified for future action (follow-up date provided).

Case Created: Referral successfully converted to an active case.

Not Proceeding: Referral not moving forward, reason provided.

 

Managing Multiple Firms

 

If you have access to multiple firms, upon logging in you will see a list of firms you are associated with:

Select the firm you wish to interact with.

Navigate between firms using the ‘My Firms’ option in the menu.

 

Signing Out

 

Click the user icon on the top-right corner.

Select ‘Sign Out’ to safely exit your session.
